I chose this rating because I appreciate the thoroughness of my service advisor. Manny was great! He treated me as soon as I walked in warmly, and knew me by name, which is pleasant when going somewhere. He was prompt in getting my car in and looked at it because my engine light was on and provided updates and options when considering how to pay for my services.

Every visit I have is a pleasant experience, even when I’m spending money on repairs! The advisor (Manuel Pimental) was informative but not pushy and allowed me to make the choices that fit my budget. I still need more work on my 2017 Passat but it’s good to know that the VW team is patient, helpful and always friendly, which is why I will be getting my repairs done here. I also have a 2022 Tiguan that we leased and will be purchasing because the team has ensured that our car stays in good health!
