1st and foremost I want to thank art and especially Emiliano for helping me and my  Girl pick out the best car for us we went here looking just to look we were in the area decided to stop by and ended up purchasing a vehicle my 1st vehicle might I add and I'm so excited... Once again I really want to thank you Emeliano you really  came through  for us bro you know and I really appreciate you.  Customer service is 2nd to none and I really appreciate the professionalism and the care shown by everybody there towards a potential customer. "This Place Was Amazing"

This place was amazing. We live 3.5 hours away and this was the only place near me with an Atlas in stock. David Pease was amazing at handling everything for us electronically/virtually before we had to travel out there. He was great in person as well! Joseph, one of the managers was great at working with us getting our deal done. We got the chance to meet the GM, I believe his name was David Ortiz, he was super nice and I'm grateful that my family was able to have such an easy experience at Moss Bros VW, thank you all so much!

"This dealership is pretty awesome!"

This dealership is pretty awesome! My salesperson was Jaime and he was the most personable and really made the experience enjoyable especially since it took awhile to complete everything. Not of any fault to him just because paperwork takes awhile to process. From the jump Jaime was very helpful and I got the car that I wanted. It is always nice when you can deal with a salesman who doesn't treat you like a dollar sign. Thanks Jaime for all you help

"Thank You For Everything. You're The Best!"

Evette was on top of everything! She got my car scheduled to be fixed and made sure that, all that was needed to get the job done... Was done. She further advised me that my car was covered under a 'State of California Warranty' that covers a cars Catalic Converter and Car Rental for free... Providing the car meets the criteria; it has to be under a 100k, it's the Catalic Converter and thiers No Recalls. She sent me over to Hertz (Thier great as well, so smooth and professional - Mrs My'Chael Manager in a training)... They got me into a car, for two weeks. Meanwhile; My cars part(s) were ordered, received and quickly installed; Steve Acosta was my Technician great work. NO HASSLE's... No Greif, No lies, No Hang Ups and No Treating us as a hassle ...."Like VW Of San Bernardino... Their the absolute worst, don't buy a car from them and Don't take your car there to be serviced. Remember... Mos Bros, VW of Moreno Valley, thier Service Dept. And ...Evett Madril. Thank you for everything. Your the Best

"The best customer service!"

Amazing customer service! Heriberto was the salesman who I worked with. Extremely personable and pleasant to work with. He was very straightforward and explained everything very well. This had to be the best experience I've ever had with a dealership...What made the difference for me at Moss Bros was that Heriberto really listened to me and he accommodated my needs. We first talked on the phone and I told him I had two main concerns. I didn't want to spend all day (my one day off) at the dealership and I was going to have to get to the dealership late because I didn't have a car and needed to grab an uber. Heriberto heard this and made sure I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork and applications electronically so when I arrived I was there maybe an hour at most. And, the way I got there was not by uber, but by the dealership. Heriberto arranged for someone to pick me up from my home, in the car I wanted, and drive me to the dealership. Moreno Valley to Anaheim is a bit of a drive, but he made it happen... Amazing team at Moss Bros! Excellent customer service. Thank you so much. Love my new Atlas Cross Sport!

"Can't Say Enough Good Things "

Was looking for the vw taos and this was the third dealership I'd been to in 2 days so my hopes weren't high. Made an appt with Erick Amezquita and I can't say enough good things. He was super transparent and hardworking, him and Joseph helped my husband and I and were willing to work with us. Overall, we're satisfied and thankful to these guys for taking care of us.

If you want to get your hand on a Volkswagen this is the dealership to go to. The gentleman you meet like David get to know you and find exactly what your looking for with the best price. They've never lost a customer because of price and never will. I got my brand new GLI off the show room with ease and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

"Great experience "

We have purchased two vehicles here, a 2017 VW Passat in 2017 from Ron and yesterday a 2020 Tiguan R-line from Arturo. I must say I definitely recommend you come to this lot they are very educated on their vehicles, also Arturo was very understanding and did his best to make sure we were comfortable during the wait. The experience overall was great! and I absolutely love my new SUV.
