Evette was awesome and thorough as usual. She was friendly, efficient and did and overall great job! She explained everything clearly throughout the entire process and the technician who sent us the video did a good job of virtually showing and explaining what needed to be done to our vehicle. The cost of the air and cabin filter were insanely overpriced, which is why I opted not to have them done! Lynette (shuttle driver) was also very nice and did a good job getting us home safe. Would have been nice to have the a car washed.
