I recently inquired about turning in my lease nine months early after having a less-than-ideal experience a couple of years ago. However, I’m happy to share that my experience with the new team at Moss Bros. VW Moreno Valley has been absolutely amazing! I want to thank Diego, my salesperson. He may be new, but he has a lot of heart, and he was incredibly understanding throughout the process. I also want to recognize Zack, the floor manager—he’s a great person to talk to and truly focused on finding solutions. I’m so happy with the level of service I received, and I can confidently say that I’ll be coming back when it’s time for a new car!

Usually I am waiting longer than expected and Evette had a high volume of customers and issues and just handled us all so fast efficient and very polite with a ton of patience.
