I chose this rating because I felt that I was misled during my negotiations upon purchasing my vehicle. For example, upon asking the sales manager Zach, what my final out the door total price for the vehicle would be. He circled one number, and when I got to finance to finalize the deal, suddenly the price was three thousand dollars more than the one Zach had circled and we had agreed upon. He noted that this was due to the tax, however I had explicitly told him I wanted the total price including taxes when he circled the initial number. He did not do this. I felt that this was very unethical and I did not appreciate this negotiation tactic.
