    One of the items I listed(( problem with my infotainment system - phone Bluetooth only working one way)) when I reserved the time was not even addressed at all. My Jetta is still under factory warranty. At 10000 mi they had to replace faulty rear brake pads, at the 20000 mi the check engine light was on and it was some kind of faulty valve and now I can't use the phone connection to place or receive calls because the person on the other end can't here me. This is my second Jetta and these kind of problems before 20000 mi is not what I've done to expect from VW, and the last problem hasn't even been resolved yet,not even addressed
