The customer attendant at the front desk- Evette is always in a good mood and so very efficient. Really impressed how she juggles the flow of people coming in with a smile on her face. Also the mechanic taking care of my care was very polite and friendly. The manager Hugo always manages to get me the earliest most appointment when ever there is a issue.
